If you type data entry into Google you will be inundated with 22.5 million results and tens of Adword ads. You should be careful about some of the work from home schemes, as they may not be what you envisage. Many involve writing PPC ads like Google Adwords where you get paid if someone follows your ad and purchases the product. You will then get a percentage of the sale. Basically this is a form of affiliate marketing.

Although the rewards can be good you have to remember every time someone clicks on an ad submitted by you you’ll pay the cost of that ad which may be a few cents or it may be a few dollars. You’ll pay that cost whether you make the sale or not. It is possible to make money online in this way but it’s also possible to lose money if you make less revenue than the money you pay on ads.
